Sixth form work experience takes place next week, Monday 16th July - Friday 20th July.  Attendance is compulsory. Would the following students please collect their placement details from the school library as soon as possible:

Access to Bristol

'Access to Bristol' is a scheme that offers sixth form students the chance to attend sessions that will give them a taste of university life.  The scheme is meant for students who will be the first members of their family to go to university and offers students the chance of an annual bursery of £3,750 for those with household income below £25000. 
More details of this brilliant scheme will follow in September.

Locker Keys!

If you still haven't returned your locker key and/or door pass card and have now left the sixth form, please return items immediately.  Keys and cards are needed for new sixth form students!  Please return keys/cards to the Library and you will then get your key deposit back.

Year 12 IT Students

Year 12 ICT lessons have finished for this year and will resume in September due to network issues.
 Year 12 must attend their other lessons.

In the meantime, please can Year 12 begin to research The Internet – Past, Present and Future.

Learners can begin by researching the history of the Internet including when it was first invented and key events in the history of the Internet.
